Innovative, large roof window in which the open sashes create a balcony. The upper sash is opened upwards, the lower forward allowing easy access to the balcony bay. The sash when opened in position form 0 °to 45 ° is supported by innovative supporting mechanism enabling to leave the sash open in any position within this range.
Side safety barriers are integrated into the bottom sash and slide out during opening. When closing the lower sash, balcony rails are hidden inside the window and are not visible above the roof surface. Concealed under the window flashing elements they do not collect dirt or spoil aesthetics of the roof. Once the balcony window is open, barriers are always dry and clean to secure trouble-free operation.
The window is operated by the handle located at the bottom of the upper sash. Handle has a two-point locking mechanism.
The sash when rotated through 180 degrees is locked by the bolt for cleaning.

he FEP P2 panoramic window is of top hung and pivot design.
There are two opening systems: outward with 40° opening angle, when blockade released changes to 68°; pivot, enables the sash to be rotated through 180°, used e.g. for cleaning the outer pane.
The large sash opening angle allows for an easy approach to the opened window and provides for a wide view to the outside.
The large window dimensions and ability to lift the sash to an angle of 68° provide an access to the roof for maintenance, repair or escape in case of emergency.

Top windows are windows which are triangular FAP Z6, or arched FBP Z6.
They can be installed on the join above any roof window. Top windows are non opening because they are made of special single wooden profiles.
The windows are made together with flashings to suit flat roofing material (type S) and for profiled (type Z). The glazing unit consists of toughened external and internal glass. The internal glass has a low emission coating.
